Day 5 - Christmas Shopping With A Twist

Now each year I love to dedicate a day to just pure Christmas shopping and joy, however this year with lockdown 2.0 and not all shops open! i decided to do a day at home! This isn’t a busy day but a very real plan of how today went! 9.30/10 am was breakfast time! I got up made a coffee and had some food downstairs!

10:30ish We got back into bed, put a Christmas movie on and opened the laptops & iPad! Now I had already started to make a list of items my family had asked for so it didn’t take me too long!

12:00 we put On the next movie, had some lunch and decided to take a little break

At about 1.30 ish we carried on still in bed, working our way through the list and writing down stuff we didn’t manage to get online and would have to get in stores!

By about 4/5 pm we were hungry and order a giant takeaway, some chocolates and more snacks watched a third movie and went over our list and just finished anything we needed off! after that, we just carried on watching movies and relaxing in bed!

Now normally we get up early spend the whole day walking around shops buying tons of presents stopping for drinks and snacks and have a nice meal at the end but with wanting to avoid going out too much we thought this would be the best idea!

My order consisted of presents like

- wax melts

- some clothes

-some bath bombs and smellies!

- and little niknaks for stocking fillers! (Can’t reveal too much;)

! Now I’m sorry this was a very simple boring blog but it’s a little day on the life and a realistic plan of how it went! Let me know how you do your Christmas shopping!
